Dr. Lice is the Principal Medical Officer at Nadi Maternity Unit, where she leads Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) services at Nadi Subdivisional Hospital, the first hospital in Fiji to decentralize O&G services. Nadi Maternity records the fourth highest number of deliveries in the country, following CWM, Lautoka, and Labasa Hospitals. She also serves as a Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Master Trainer , providing training to healthcare workers on survivor-centred care nationwide.
Dr. Lice teaches O&G part-time to Year 3 and Year 4 medical students at Saweni Medical School,(UPSM). She is a passionate community advocate who conducts awareness sessions with communities, churches, women’s groups, business organizations, hotels, and the Fiji Cancer Society, focusing on women’s health, cancer awareness, and GBV prevention. She also contributes to regional capacity building through the Veilomani Workshop an online program supporting Pacific health providers in delivering GBV care.
