As KOL for India she has lead various cervical cancer elimination programs in Govt and NGO.She represents INDIA at AOFOG Cervical Cancer Prevention Program.As FOGSI National convenor in HPV Vaccination project funded by ACS,10,800 FOGSIANS and 30,000 IMA Doctors were imparted HPV Vaccination awareness training.As FOGSI Oncology Committee Chairperson,she brought out FOGSI GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICE RECOMMENDATIONS for Cervical Cancer prevention & management in 2023.As WHO & FOGSI Colposcopy course convenor she has trained more than 2,500 HCP globally.Her books “Colposcopy in Practical Gynaecology”,CBS publications is University Reference Textbook in India for PG and “ Atlas in Colposcopy & Cytology” has served as guide and research tool for many .She is the founder of Sainiwas Healthcare ,a premium healthcare for preventive oncology with chains of 80 centres pan India ,around 1.5 lakhs women have been screened so far with around 35,000 women detected with precanerous lesions treated with conservatives methods.
