Dr. Rakina Bhansakarya is an obstetrician and gynecologist with special interests in reproductive medicine, fertility, and gynecologic surgery. She holds an MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG, UK) with GMC registration. She is currently working at Hardik IVF and Fertility Center, Kathmandu, Nepal, and was previously an Assistant Professor at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal.
She has contributed to numerous scientific publications and conference presentations and is actively involved in academic and clinical training. She is also a trainer for the Intensive Course on Obstetric Emergencies endorsed by the Asia and Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (AOFOG). Dr. Bhansakarya is currently enrolled in a Master’s in Medical Research. Her professional focus is on advancing fertility care, research, and evidence-based practice to improve women’s health outcomes.
