Dr. Shreyashi Aryal is a distinguished Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology with over 15 years of clinical and academic excellence. A recipient of the prestigious Young Gynecologist Award (2017), she is currently a PhD candidate at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, where her specialized research focuses on Menopause Quality of Life (QoL).
Dr. Aryal’s expertise bridges the gap between clinical menopause management and the often-overlooked intersection of mental health and professional productivity. Her work, widely published in leading international journals, advocates for a holistic, evidence-based approach to female midlife health.
At AOFOG 2026, Dr. Aryal will address the critical role of gynecologists in supporting “Menopause at Work,” championing the evolution of clinical practice to ensure women remain empowered and healthy throughout their professional lives.
