Dr Belinda Garth

Dr Belinda Garth is Senior Research Fellow and Translation Lead for the national Advancing Women in Healthcare Leadership initiative at the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation. With expertise in qualitative research, evaluation, and implementation science, she has spent more than two decades working across healthcare research, quality improvement and stakeholder engagement. Belinda works closely with healthcare organisations and medical Colleges to co-design, implement and evaluate initiatives that improve equity, inclusion and leadership opportunities across the health sector. She is also a facilitator within Monash University’s Women in Leadership (WIL) Program and founded the WIL Scholarship Program, expanding access for women from priority and underrepresented groups.
