Professor Jason Abbott

Dr Jason Abbott is Professor of obstetrics and gynaecology at the University of New South Wales.  He has published more than 270 peer-reviewed publications, has supervised more than 40 students through higher research degrees and garnered more than $80 million in research funding.  He is the Clinical Director of the Ainsworth Endometriosis Research Institute at UNSW, is the chair of the National Endometriosis Clinical and Scientific Trials (NECST) Network, is a member on the World Health Organization for Endometriosis and menstrual disorders, is the founder of the GRACE research group at UNSW and is a member of the Endometriosis advisory group to the Australian government.
