Vase Jovanoska is the current Chief Executive Officer of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).

With over 25 years of experience spanning the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, Vase brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds multiple tertiary qualifications and has completed several prestigious executive programs, including the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD, the Leading for Strategic Change program at Melbourne Business School, as well as the Women’s Executive Leadership Program and Negotiation Strategies Program at Yale University. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a qualified CPA, and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, Australia and New Zealand.

Vase is deeply committed to enhancing the quality of health services and promoting community wellbeing. Her career includes leadership roles at the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) for over five years, the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) for two years, and board appointments with DPV Health and Girl Guides Victoria. In each role, she has driven organisational transformation, creating efficient, high-performing, and values-driven environments.

Her areas of expertise include strategic development and implementation, operations and financial management, governance, continuous improvement, change and risk management, education, and public health policy and advocacy.
