Dr Anne-Sophie Rowcroft (Niger)

Anne-Sophie was the head of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology service of Galmi Hospital, Niger, where she worked for 12 years. In December 2025 she was evacuated for security reasons, but remains passionate about reducing maternal mortality in resource poor environments. Anne-Sophie cares about addressing moral injury in those working in low resource settings.
