Dr. Niranjan Chavan is a senior academician, clinician, Professor and Unit Chief at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital and Medical College. He is currently the Treasurer of FOGSI (2025-2027) & the Vice Chair of Maharashtra Chapter of IAGE (2025-27), Past President of Mumbai ObGyn Society (2022-23) & was the Organising Secretary, AICOG Mumbai 2025.
He has played a pivotal role in at a high-volume tertiary referral centre, managing complex gynaecological and high risk pregnancies. He has more than 112 publications in renowned journals & edited 42 books & authored more then 26 chapters. He has to his credit 7 Orations in renowned national conferences.
