EOI Submission Guidelines
Scientific Program Expression of Interest
AOFOG 2026 is calling for Expressions of Interest to participate in the main congress program.
During this process you will be able to view the proposed program overview and submit an Expression of Interest to be selected to give a pre-established presentation. Expressions of Interest submissions will close on 12 July 2025. Submissions received after this closure date will not be accepted.
Before submitting your Expression of Interest, ensure you read the below guidelines carefully. All information that you require is included below.
Please note: these Expressions of Interest are separate to abstract submissions which will be opening soon.
Program Outline
It is required before you submit your expression of interest to review the AOFOG 2026 Program Outline.
The Program Outline provides an overview of key themes, session formats, and focus areas. Each session summary also outlines the types of contributors EOIs are welcome from (e.g. clinicians, researchers, community leaders).
It is on the Program Outline that you will be able to see which sessions/presentations are available for and EOI.
Submission Requirements
To complete your Expression of Interest successfully you will require the following information:
- Demographic information for submitter
- Session title i.e. C22: Skills Maintenance in Low Resource Settings
- Presentation title i.e. C22: Developing Skills in Gynaeoncology
- Professional Biography
- Outline your suitability for this presentation
- Include relevant career details, specialisation and previous speaking engagements/published papers
- Include reasoning why your nomination matches the session overview, recommended target groups and meeting theme
- Abstract content
- Short scientific abstract for nominated presentation
- Abstract should be in paragraph form
- Abstract should be no longer than 250 words in length
- Abstract should directly approach the topic
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each individual may only submit up to three (3) proposals for possible inclusion in the program.
