Professor Piotr Sieroszewski

Professor Piotr Sieroszewski, MD, PhD, is a specialist in Obstetrics&Gynecology and MFM. For more than 25 years, he has focused on obstetric and gynecological ultrasonography and the management of high-risk pregnancies. He is the Head of the Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecology at the Medical University of Lodz.
Professor Sieroszewski has long collaborated with international medical and scientific organizations. He currently serves as Treasurer and Member of the Executive Board of the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and represented the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians within EBCOG from 2012. From 2022 to 2025, he was President of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians.
He is recognized as one of the pioneers of modern obstetric ultrasonography and prenatal diagnostics in Poland and leads a reference feto-maternal medicine center in Lodz, providing comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies.
