Professor Helle Karro

Helle Karro is Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and head of the Department in Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Tartu. Chief physician in Tartu University Hospital.
Helle Karro has dedicated her clinical and research work to women’s sexual and reproductive health and reproductive medicine. She has experience leading different scientific projects as PI.
She has been past president of Estonian Gynaecologists’ Society (currently Board member) and past president of the Estonian Association of University Women
She has experience in international collaboration, and she is Secretary General of EBCOG since 2023.
