Dr Adi Mereseini Bavadra (Fiji)

Dr Adi Mereseini Bavadra, is from the Fiji Islands. She currently works as a Consultant Specialist at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital, in the capital city, Suva. She graduated with her Masters in Medicine in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2022, from the Fiji National University. The research paper she will be presenting today is from her final year of Masters. Apart from being a maternal near miss advocate, she provides mentorship and training to the interns so that they are confident in treating OBGYN cases in their respective subdivisions. She loves her job and feels blessed by the ALMIGHTY, to be in this field, making a difference for the women of Fiji.
