Alexandra Diggles is a Specialist Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Founder and Director of Pelviology, and a recognised leader in pelvic health, persistent pelvic pain and women’s health advocacy. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia and Chairs the Queensland Pelvic Pain Network, working to improve access, education and multidisciplinary care. Alexandra is an educator, speaker and healthcare innovator committed to advancing equitable, trauma-informed and evidence-based care. Her work focuses on translating clinical expertise into sustainable systems change that improves health outcomes for women across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
