Dr. Christia S. Padolina is an obstetrician-gynecologist, healthcare leader, and advocate for women’s health in the Asia-Oceania region. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Asia & Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (AOFOG), Chair of the Philippine Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and City Administrator of Navotas City, Philippines.
Since the launch of the Manila Declaration on Cervical Cancer Elimination during the 2019 AOFOG Congress, Dr. Padolina has served as Program Coordinator of AOFOG’s Cervical Cancer Elimination Initiative, leading collaborative efforts across member societies to advance HPV vaccination, screening, early detection, and equitable access to care. Her work has strengthened regional partnerships and contributed to the shared vision of eliminating cervical cancer as a public health problem in the Asia-Oceania region.
