Terms & Conditions for AOFOG Competition

Spring Hill, QLD 4000 - Promotion period: Entries open from Wednesday 29 July 2026 and will close on Tuesday 11 August 2026.
- Eligibility: Open to anyone who registers for AOFOG Congress from Wednesday 29 July 2026 to Tuesday 11 August 2026.
- Ineligible registrants:
- Employees;
- Contractors;
- Immediate family of the promoter; and
- Prize suppliers or agencies involved in the promotion.
- How to enter:
- Complete & submit the online entry form, accept the MCI terms/privacy statement and provide required consent during the promotion period. One entry per person.
- Purchase a registration to attend AOFOG26 with payment in full during the competition period from Wednesday 29 July 2026 to Tuesday 11 August 2026.
- Entry form and AOFOG26 registration must be the same name and details for entry to be valid.
- Prize: . The winner will be refunded the standard cost of registration initially paid to attend the event. The prize is limited to the stated registration only and does not include flights, accommodation, visas, travel documents, travel insurance, airport transfers, local transport, spending money, taxes, incidentals or any assistance to travel to, enter or access Sydney/Australia. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and any additional costs are the winner’s sole responsibility.
- Draw and winner notification: The winner will be selected by random draw from valid entries by Wednesday 12 August and notified by email. The draw should occur no later than Wednesday 19 August unless operationally delayed. The provisional winner must respond within seven calendar days and complete any reasonable verification steps.
- Invalid or unclaimed entries: Incomplete, duplicate, late, bot-generated,, inaccurate or non-compliant entries may be deemed invalid. If the winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond, declines the prize or fails the bot verification, the promoter may redraw from remaining valid entries.
- Privacy, consent and follow-up: Personal information will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, report on campaign performance and send AOFOG2026 updates . Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. In accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, you have a right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your Data, or restriction of processing, and to object to said processing, as well as the right to data portability, unless mci group has to keep this data for legitimate business or legal purposes.
- General conditions: The promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost or corrupted entries or circumstances outside its reasonable control. The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required, subject to applicable laws. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed by legal/compliance advisers before publication.
